A strong believer
in education, Carbonnier conducts many wine seminars aside of Champagne,
is an active member of the Society of Wine Educators and a member of the
Executive Committee of the Elizabeth Bishop Wine Center at Boston University.
In 2001, he served as Technical Editor for French Wine for Dummies,
and as wine correspondent for “New York Central” on Metro
